A Certified L.E.T. (Leader Effectiveness Training) & P.E.T. (Parent Effectiveness Training) Facilitator

I specialize in teaching teams the soft skills they need to thrive—even in the toughest situations. My passion is helping companies create a culture of collaboration and excellence through high level communication and leadership.

With years of experience in sales, training, and franchise development in the fast-paced hospitality industry, I’ve seen firsthand the transformative power of effective leadership—and the fallout when it goes wrong. Great leaders don’t just know their stuff—they build trust, respect, and positivity that keep employees and clients engaged and loyal.

As a certified Leader Effectiveness Training (L.E.T.) Facilitator, I create an engaging, fun, and authentic learning environment where teams connect, grow, and develop the skills to eliminate micromanagement, boost productivity, and make meeting deadlines effortless. When communication improves, leaders emerge, and exceptional results become the norm. I don’t do boring, so my classes will always be engaging, hands on and fun. The best thinking happens when you’re having fun – and that is my goal.

I’m also a certified Parent Effective Training (P.E.T.) Coach, a softball coach, and a mom, which gives me a well-rounded perspective on leadership in both professional and personal settings. Whether it’s improving team dynamics, navigating tough conversations, or building stronger relationships, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

My “Big Purpose”

I was immediately drawn to the Gordon Model—especially the Behavior Window and the idea of “problem ownership.” Having a clear, visual guide that shows exactly which communication skill to use and when has been a game changer for me. Over a decade ago, I began practicing and teaching Parent Effectiveness Training, and it completely transformed the way I communicate—not just at home, but in every area of my life.

I’m passionate about these skills because they can improve every area of your employees’ lives, too. Once you learn them, they naturally spread everywhere, and they keep on giving. They help you unlock that elusive work-life balance everyone craves but can’t quite figure out. My mission is simple
—I want employees and people to be happier, more connected, and thriving both at work and at home.
